Public Education Grants

Baltimore Acorn was awarded a three-year renewal grant of $90,000 to launch an organizing and advocacy campaign focused on attracting and retaining qualified teachers, reducing class size, and implementing academic programs that challenge students and prepare them for college and careers. Baltimore ACORN is an affiliate of the National Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
